![]() how do you save? How does the game save? I found no options to save or load your game saves. So basically You need to unlock these Hunter's dream entry points, which act as "checkpoints" of sorts. I am immortal and when I die instead of dying I go into a different world called "Hunter's dream" from where I can power up myself and come back to life in the real world through specific spots that I've previously unlocked.Īre these the only info I'm supposed to be knowing? I'm a bit confused, the game isn't really telling me anything at all, so far, not even a slim introduction. I myself instead gained some strange powers (thanks to the blood transfusion?) and now I became a so called "hunter". "The hunt" (whatever it is) is currently going on and citizens who might still be "sane" are locked into their homes to stay alive. I think I got that something really bad happened in this town called Yarnham and that it was sealed and purged but something/someone clearly survived. I only know that some old man on a wheel chair (which I found out is a "helper" for hunters who was once a hunter himself) did a "blood transfusion" to me and now I woke up in a old forgotten hospital or something, long abandoned, in an old town filled with monsters and "tainted" people/creatures. Plot / Settingįirst of all I'm not sure if it's a matter of me having the game in digital format and not the physical one (no booklet etc) but the game didn't tell me anything about who I am, where I am, what I'm doing there and what's going on. I hope discussing with other people will offer me new perspectives that I didn't consider and that will slowly open new ways for me to approach the game. I'm pretty confident I'm doing something wrong and I'm missing something important. Simply knocking one off into the hazard below can be an effective way to deal with the threat, as they are not immune to slow poison.I never played any Souls game, I truly truly truly want to at least apreciate in some form Bloodborne, but I'm having a hard time. Giant Lost Children favor high perches overlooking dangerous areas like poison swamps and deep chasms. It leaves them open to retaliation, but it will do huge damage and knock you down if it connects. At mid-range, they have access to a deceptively quick and extremely painful leap attack. Bear in mind that the safest place when fighting a Giant Lost Child is right next to them. They are extremely vulnerable to charged back attacks while performing this move. They attack with slow arm slams that can be easily sidestepped. ![]() ![]() If caught at close range, the Giant Lost Children are much less fearsome. ![]() They almost always have the capacity to cover one another, making the task of eliminating them very dangerous.
